Support Worker – Independent Living

Full-Time / Part-Time

Provide hands-on, person centered support to individuals in their homes and communities. You will assist with daily living, life skills, goal planning, and community participation.

  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (or equivalent)
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude

Deliver flexible, high-quality respite care to individuals and families. Provide meaningful supervision, safe environments, and compassionate companionship during caregiver breaks.

  • Experience in disability, aged care, or community services
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate

  • Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

  • Experience in community, social, or disability services
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
