Provide hands-on, person centered support to individuals in their homes and communities. You will assist with daily living, life skills, goal planning, and community participation.
Deliver flexible, high-quality respite care to individuals and families. Provide meaningful supervision, safe environments, and compassionate companionship during caregiver breaks.
Facilitate meaningful community access activities for individuals in our Day Program. Help participants build skills, confidence, and lasting social connections through structured and enjoyable experiences.
Provide culturally informed and respectful support to Indigenous individuals and families. Walk alongside participants in their daily lives with deep cultural sensitivity, empathy, and community awareness.
